Right To Know Requests

Upon receipt of a request for access to a record, the Juvenile Court Judges' Commission shall make a good faith effort to determine if the record requested is a public record and whether the agency has possession, custody or control of the identified record, and respond as promptly as possible under the circumstances existing at the time of the request.

All Right To Know Law (RTKL) requests to the Juvenile Court Judges' Commission must be made and/or sent to:

RTKL requests via U.S. mail, e-mail, fax and/or hand delivery to Pennsylvania Judicial Center, 601 Commonwealth Avenue, Suite 9100, Harrisburg, PA 17106 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on any business day. While verbal requests may be fulfilled by the Juvenile Court Judges' Commission, the request cannot pursue the relief and remedies provided under the RTKL unless the request is in writing.
